Wedding Guest Book : Sierra Vista Wedding Photographer

This morning I woke up in a panic, I thought I slept through the wedding I am shooting this weekend!  Once the fog cleared I realized it’s only Saturday (the wedding is tomorrow), there isn’t a Bridal Party hunting me down, and I didn’t miss a thing.  Shew!!!   Don’t you just hate it when you wake up thinking you’ve missed something really important!?!?

Tomorrow is Luis and Cara’s wedding and I am so excited.  Here are some shots of the custom Guest Book we had made with images from their engagement session.  The Guest Book is 10″ x 10″.  Guests will leave  messages of love and congratulations for the happy couple on the pages that are ”faded”.  I love the visual interest of a Guest Book with photographs of the couple.  It makes a perfect keepsake; a fresh and fun alternative to a signature book.

The Guest Book was so wonderful that I didn’t even notice it was a guest book. I should write more than my name. The book was so beautiful and very professional!

Please!!! Put up the wedding pictures. No one has even put candids yet on FB and I’m dying to see pictures of Cara and Luis. I so wanted to be there, but alas….

I like to call things in my life that happen unexpectedly and turn into something wonderful “happy accidents”. I’ve had many happy accidents, meeting my husband, forgetting an ingredient in a recipe and discovering it tasted better without the ingredient, etc... Photography was another “happy accident". A friend needed someone to help shoot auto races, my husband volunteered me and bought me my first Digital SLR camera. Five years have passed since those first nights standing on a wall and trying my best to capture cars traveling 120 mph heading directly at me. It didn’t take me long before I wanted to learn how to operate the camera without guidance. My journey began and still continues. read more
