When these two met neither was really looking for love and what started out as friendship turned into devotion and love. They have overcome a lot as a couple with Max’s military career keeping him away for extended periods and through it all their love has grown. They are completely smitten with each other and excited for their wedding in the spring. We chose Apple Annie’s Orchard in Willcox for their engagement pictures because it is beautiful this time of year and Stacy is an elementary school teacher and what better place for engagement pics? Plenty of apples for the teacher.
They wanted a way to reflect in their pictures the travel they have enjoyed together and the many reunions they have enjoyed after Max has been away for duty so we went to some railroad tracks in Willcox and incorporated welcome home balloons so often seen when soldiers and their loved ones are reunited. I can’t take credit fro this idea but I love it.
I love the next images, so sweet and tender which is exactly they way these two are with each other.
Thank you Max & Stacy! So thrilled that I get to document these special times in your lives! XO!
